Ashtanga inspired Yoga

Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic form of yoga in which postures are practised in a continuous flowing sequence. Our class for beginners is ideal for people who want to practice Ashtanga, but aren't familiar with the primary sequences. This class is inspired of Ashtanga yoga with modified poses.

Power Yoga

A dynamic practice of yoga, working on different group of muscles in order to build the strength as well as 

improving the balance and flexibility.

Flow Yoga

Flow yoga is a movement synchronized to the breath. It is a series of different postures that allow you to experience the power of inhaling and exhaling.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga is easy to follow, slow paced yoga which will help to improve your balance as well as increase your flexibility.

Prenatal Yoga

Adapting classic yoga poses to suit pregnancy, includes yoga poses, breathing, meditation & relaxation, has many physical & mental benefit for the mother and baby. Increased flexibility, release of stiffness and tension in the joins and muscles. Reduced risk of high blood pressure, varicose veins, and haemorrhoids. Regular practice helps mum relax and therefore assist the process of labor.
