In yoga, asanas (poses) help to keep the muscles and joints running smoothly, tone the internal organs and increase circulation, and they work ont only physically but also help us to release mental tension, leaving you feeling calm and refreshed.
Our aim is to offer you the opportunity to help keep your body and mind healthy. We currently offer classes in Bude and the surrounding area.
